If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange ONLY resalable unused merchandise (original tags should be attached, unworn and in new condition, and with original packaging) within 10 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange (all shipping charges are nonrefundable).
Non refundable merchandise (FINAL SALE): clearance items, personalized items, special orders, items without tags (made-to-order items), misused and washed items
All FINAL SALE items are non refundable unless the item is defective or the error was on our end.
Kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain instructions and a RAN (return authorization number) with the reason for the return/exchange. The RAN must be written outside of the returned package. Any package received without the RAN may be refused.
